FOUNDERS
Thomas Vettier
Thomas starts his career as an investment banker at CS First Boston (now Crédit Suisse), in New York and London. He then spends 4 years at AT Kearney, the Management Consulting firm, in Paris.
In 2004, he joins the Publicis Groupe’s Corporate and Financial communication arm, where he advises French and international corporations on Corporate and Financial communication issues, sensitive communication and change management.
In 2009, Thomas becomes Senior Vice President at Richard Attias & Associates, a Strategic Corporate Communication advisory boutique, based in New York City, for publicly traded companies, International Organizations or States.
After 4 years with Citigate Dewe Rogerson, where he continues to develop and advise clients on strategic communication, financial transaction and crisis situations, he founds GOA Conseil in 2016, where he proposes consulting services for companies in transition or transformation phases, in the context of financial transactions, restructuring or strong growth, mainly.
Thomas is a graduate from Northeastern University, Boston USA, 1994, and the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, Philapelphia USA, 2001.

Karim Zouaneb
Karim is GOA Conseil co-founder, as such he advises corporations, Investment Funds and Shareholders on strategic communication, Networking, Public Affairs and Crisis Management.
Karim starts his carrier as Executive Assistant to Schneider Electric Algeria Chief Executive Officer, with who he worked on various organization, transformation and business development projects.
He then joins Citigate Dewe Rogerson to advise international Corporates and Investment Funds on their communication and Crisis Management.
Karim then works at Renault for 4 years, in the Innovation Department. He notably supervised the Open Innovation strategy for the Group, in the United States and India mainly. He also actively participated in creating and structuring large Social Innovation projects with Renault’s Social Responsability department.
He returns to Citigate Dewe Rogerson in 2014, to be in charge of various Corporate and Financial communication projects, such as IPOs, spin-offs, financial transactions and restructuring.
